Our Rules, Regulations, & Best Practices

As part of our policies at Lea Country RV Park, one should drive carefully through the park at all times, not crossing the speed limit of 5 MPH.

Check-Out Time

Our check-out time is 12:00 noon (late check-out is from noon to 3 PM, and late fees will apply). After 3 PM, you will be charged another day.

  • Use only the RV slots assigned to you. Please do not move into another space without contacting and getting approval from the office.
  • The driver must be 18 years old and older.
  • Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Please keep music and TV volumes low as a courtesy to your neighbor.

Site Maintenance

  • All spaces must be kept orderly and clean, litter-free, including cigarette butts.
  • No clotheslines. No boxes, tools, junk. Open campfires are prohibited. BBQ grill is acceptable.
  • The use or possession of illegal drugs constitutes immediate eviction from Lea County RV park.
  • No smoking or alcohol in the office, restrooms, or laundry area.
  • Discharging of firearms is prohibited at all times.
  • The use of fireworks, slingshots, or BB guns is prohibited.
  • Please do not change oil, tires, or work on vehicles in the park.
  • No RV or vehicle washing in the park.
  • You are responsible for your visitors, adults, and children.
  • Your visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the RV park.
  • Pets are allowed but must adhere to the pet rule contract, and you must provide pet vaccination paperwork.
  • There is a large dumpster in the northeast corner of the property that you can use for household-type refuse only. Do not dump any hazardous debris.
  • Only one RV and two vehicles per space. Do not park in a vacant RV space or gravel areas.
  • Any type of business operation in the campground is prohibited.
  • Sewer and sink waste-water connections must be airtight.
  • State law prohibits any waste-water runoff to the ground.
